Is the process safe?
Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority. Our trained jewelers follow strict protocols and use a protective barrier between your skin and the chain during the welding process. We use industry-leading equipment, specifically designed and certified for permanent jewelry applications.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no formal age restrictions. However, we do advise considering growth, development, and lifestyle when booking for younger individuals. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who can provide consent.
What if I need to remove my jewelry?
Permanent jewelry does not interfere with airport security. However, certain medical procedures (like MRI scans) may require removal. In that case, the chain can easily be clipped at the jump ring (the welded connection point) using nail clippers. Alternatively, we’re happy to assist with safe removal. We offer re-welding for only AED 25 when you're ready to have it reattached.
What if my bracelet breaks?
Each weld is carefully inspected and stress-tested by our team to ensure durability. In the unlikely event your weld fails, please keep the chain and contact us to schedule a re-weld. While we maintain a 100% success rate to date, we understand that wear and tear may occasionally affect the piece.
Where are you based?
Our home studio is located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai, with convenient parking and a cozy capacity of 2 guests per appointment. We also offer a Mobile Home Service across all 7 Emirates and regularly attend events and markets throughout the UAE with our pop-up service.
