What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded directly onto your wrist, ankle, or neck without a clasp. It’s designed to be worn every day as a seamless, minimal piece that symbolizes connection, commitment, or personal style.
What metals do you use for Permanent Jewelry?
We use high-quality, tarnish-resistant materials that are safe for everyday wear, including 14K Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver chains - these chains do not change colour.
We offer an alternative metal such as Stainless Steel which is waterproof and strong for active wearers. Our Colorful Plated Enamel options are designed to be worn 6-12 months and then we recommend purchasing a new chain.
All jewelry is carefully selected for durability and comfort. However, if you have sensitive skin or known metal allergies, please let us know before your appointment so we can help you choose the best option for you.
Can I add charms or connectors?
Yes! We offer a selection of charms and connectors that can be added to your permanent jewelry for a personalized touch. Availability may vary, so please let us know at your appointment if you’re interested in adding one.
Are there any restrictions?
There are no formal age restrictions. However, we do advise considering growth, development and lifestyle when booking for younger individuals. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who can provide consent.
We cannot weld permanent jewelry onto customers where are wearing a medical implant. Or who may have metal/skin allergies.
Where are you located?
All permanent jewelry appointments are offered by appointment only.
Mobile home/hotel appointments are available across the UAE. We charge a small home service fee starting from 25AED.
We welcome you to visit our Permanent Jewelry Cabin based in Jumeriah Village Triangle, Dubai. Location details will be provided after your appointment is confirmed.
What if I need to remove my jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn every day, but we understand that life happens. If you ever need to remove your jewelry - for medical procedures, travel, work requirements, or personal preference, it can be safely cut off with nail clippers at the welded jump ring. We recommend saving the chain, as it can often be re-welded or converted to a clasped piece at a later appointment. We do offer a removal and reattaching service.
What if my bracelet breaks?
Permanent jewelry is delicate by nature. While it’s made to be worn daily, accidental pulls or snagging can cause it to break. If your bracelet breaks, we recommend saving the chain and bringing it back to us. Most pieces can be re-welded depending on the condition of the chain. Please note that normal wear and tear, breakage or loss after your appointment is not the responsibility of LINKED.
Do you offer re-welding or resizing?
Yes! We offer re-welding and resizing services depending on the condition of the jewelry. A small fee will apply.
Do you accept walk ins?
We are appointment-based and do not accept as we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins. We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability.
Do you offer group or private parties?
Yes! We offer group and private permanent jewelry parties for birthdays, bridal showers, pop-ups, and special events. A minimum number of guests may be required. Please contact us directly for availability, pricing, and booking details.
Is permanent jewelry really permanent?
Permanent jewelry is meant to be long-lasting, but it can be removed at any time by cutting the jump ring with scissors/clippers. Many pieces can be re-welded or converted to a clasp later if desired.
Aftercare for Permanent Jewelry
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid excessive pulling or snagging, and be mindful during activities involving heavy lifting. While our materials are durable and tarnish-resistant, gentle care will help extend the life of your piece. If your jewelry becomes stretched or damaged, please save the chain and contact us about re-welding options.
Can I shower, swim, or work out with it on?
Yes, permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, including showering, swimming, and working out. We recommend rinsing your jewelry with fresh water after swimming in saltwater or pools and gently drying it to help maintain its shine. We recommend avoiding hot tubs and saunas, as the jewelry can react to these.
Do you offer gift cards?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the custom and permanent nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. Once jewelry has been welded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This includes breakage, loss, or removal after your appointment. If your piece breaks, please save the chain - most pieces can be re-welded for a small fee, depending on the condition.
