You can choose whether you’d like your Gift Voucher sent digitally via WhatsApp or Email, or delivered as a physical voucher via courier.

Physical voucher delivery takes up to 2 days.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for any Permanent Jewelry home appointment.
You can also include a personalised gift message, which we’ll happily add for you.
Please note: The gift voucher must be presented when redeemed.
Turnaround Time & Delivery Times
Turn around time:
Non Personalised Items:
Depending on the availablity, your items will be dispatched within 1-2 days, however if an element of your order is out of stock, please allow 7 days. For a more accurate time frame, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm.
Personalised Items:
For Personalised items, please expect a turnaround time of 7-10 days. If you are looking for a faster delivery, we can offer Express Delivery (approximately 5 days) but this will need to be discussed and confirmed via Whatsapp. Additional fees may apply.
Materials
We use 14K Gold Filled or Sterling Silver on all our handcrafted items.
For our Waterproof Items, we use 14K PVD which is more affordable and can withstand exposure to water.
We offer a Cleaning Service and sell Cleaning Kits, which are suitable for our Jewelry.
