Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded specifically for you. For this reason, all permanent jewelry sales are final and non-refundable.

If your jewelry breaks at the weld point within 7 days, we offer a complimentary re-weld using the original chain. After 7 days, or where damage is unrelated to the weld, a re-weld fee applies.

Metal Allergies & Skin Reactions

All clients are provided with an online consultation form prior to their permanent jewelry appointment, which includes information regarding metal allergies and sensitivities. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities before their appointment. LINKED cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from undisclosed or previously unknown allergies.

Keepsake & Memorial Jewelry

All keepsake jewelry is individually handmade using your personal inclusions, including ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk and other sentimental materials. Due to the personalized and sentimental nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind once production has begun. Slight variations in color, finish and inclusion placement are natural characteristics of handmade keepsake jewelry and are not considered defects.

Keepsake jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality resin and requires special care to preserve its appearance. We recommend avoiding excessive heat, prolonged water exposure, direct sunlight, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals. Jewelry should be removed before showering, swimming or exercising.

Over time, resin may naturally change in color or appearance due to aging, environmental factors or exposure to external elements. LINKED cannot accept responsibility for discoloration or deterioration resulting from natural aging, everyday wear or improper care. Such changes are not considered manufacturing defects unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Personalized & Custom Jewelry

Personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, name necklaces, initials, custom designs and made-to-order items, cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind once production has begun. Please ensure all names, spellings, sizes and customization details are correct before confirming your order.

Waterproof Jewelry

Unused, unworn waterproof jewelry may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders for personalized, custom or keepsake jewelry may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are not available.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

General Information

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, discoloration caused by chemicals or exposure to unsuitable conditions and damage resulting from third-party alterations are not considered manufacturing defects.
