A Gentle & Respectful Process

We understand that the contents you are sending hold precious memories, and we treat every order with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality.

Once your order has been placed online, your Memorial Collection Kit will be prepared and dispatched within approximately 48 hours. Your completed collection kit will then be collected within approximately 48 hours of delivery, unless otherwise arranged with you.

What's Included in Your Collection Kit?

Your collection kit includes:

• Collection container

• Collection scoop

• Protective gloves

• Clear storage bag

• Bubble padded pouch

• Return packaging

• Return label

Whilst collecting your contents, you'll need a clean, dry surface and a calm, peaceful moment. There is absolutely no rush.

Only a very small amount is required to create your jewelry.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Area

Choose a clean, well-lit surface and wash and dry your hands before opening the kit.

2a. Collect a Small Amount – Ashes

Using the provided scoop or funnel, carefully collect a small pinch of ashes.

Only a minimal amount is needed (less than half of the collection tube). Please do not overfill the container.

2b. Collect a Small Amount – Breastmilk

If using frozen breastmilk, thaw a small amount in the refrigerator until fully defrosted.

Transfer a small amount into the provided container and ensure it is securely closed.

2c. Collect a Small Amount – Fur or Hair

We only require approximately 10–20 strands; however, we recommend sending around 50 strands, particularly if there are variations in colour or tone.

Any remaining fur or hair will be safely returned to you.

3. Secure the Container

Place the contents into the collection container and securely fasten the lid.

Place the container inside the clear bag, then place the clear bag inside the black padded pouch.

4. Place in the Return Packaging

Place everything into the return packaging provided, ensuring the return label is attached to the front of the package.

Collection is typically arranged within 48 hours of receiving the collection kit, unless otherwise specified.

If sending breastmilk, please activate the ice pack immediately before handing the package to the courier.
