A ring sizer will be sent to you in your collection kit, if you wish to change your size.

If clear is chosen for breastmilk, the final color will be a warm white. If clear is chosen for ashes, the final color varies in shades of grey.

Please allow approximately 30 days for creation, as each piece is made-to-order with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Resin Charm Info & Aftercare
Resin is durable, but it’s not as long-lasting as metal or solid gemstones. With proper care, it can last 1–3 years before showing signs of wear.
To keep it looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, chemicals (like perfumes or lotions), and excessive friction. Avoid applying products such as fake tan directly on the resin. Over time, slight fading or surface wear may occur, which is totally normal for resin pieces.

Every order starts by receiving our Collection Kit which includes detailed instructions for safely sending your inclusions to us so we can begin the process of creating your jewelry.

Turn around time:
Non Personalised Items:
Depending on the availablity, your items will be dispatched within 1-2 days, however if an element of your order is out of stock, please allow 7 days. For a more accurate time frame, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm.
Personalised Items:
For Personalised items, please expect a turnaround time of 7-10 days. If you are looking for a faster delivery, we can offer Express Delivery (approximately 5 days) but this will need to be discussed and confirmed via Whatsapp. Additional fees may apply.
Materials
We use 14K Gold Filled or Sterling Silver on all our handcrafted items.
For our Waterproof Items, we use 14K PVD which is more affordable and can withstand exposure to water.
We offer a Cleaning Service and sell Cleaning Kits, which are suitable for our Jewelry.
