Resin Charm Info & Aftercare

Our memorial, breastmilk and keepsake charms are handcrafted using high-quality UV resin. Whilst resin is durable, it is not as permanent as precious metals or natural gemstones. With the correct care, your keepsake can be treasured for many years before showing natural signs of ageing.

To maximise the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, heat, direct sunlight, perfumes, lotions, fake tan, cleaning products and other chemicals. Excessive friction or knocks should also be avoided where possible.

Over time, resin may naturally develop slight surface wear or subtle changes in appearance. This is a normal characteristic of resin and one of the reasons we recommend our keepsake pieces are created as clasped jewelry, allowing them to be removed when showering, swimming, exercising or during activities that may expose the resin to unnecessary wear.

With a little extra care, your keepsake will remain a beautiful and meaningful piece to cherish for years to come.
