- 'Rolo' chain style is used for both Bracelet and Necklace
- Bracelet size is 6.75” for women and 6” for children
- Necklace size is 16” for woman and 14” for children
- Please mention in the checkout notes if you would like to request a specific size
- If no specific size requirements are mentioned at checkout we will proceed with our standard sizes mentioned above, if sizes need altering after the delivery please note you will be charged the courier fee and alteration fee.
Delivery date will be approximately 3-5 days from ordering as all jewelry pieces are made to order.

Non Personalised Items:
Depending on the availablity, your items will be dispatched within 1-2 days, however if an element of your order is out of stock, please allow 7 days. For a more accurate time frame, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm.
Personalised Items:
For Personalised items, please expect a turnaround time of 7-10 days. If you are looking for a faster delivery, we can offer Express Delivery (approximately 5 days) but this will need to be discussed and confirmed via Whatsapp. Additional fees may apply.
Materials
We use 14K Gold Filled or Sterling Silver on all our handcrafted items.
For our Waterproof Items, we use 14K PVD which is more affordable and can withstand exposure to water.
We offer a Cleaning Service and sell Cleaning Kits, which are suitable for our Jewelry.
