We can’t always guarantee that your desired charm or connector will be in stock at the time of your appointment. To ensure availability, we recommend pre-ordering in advance. With hundreds of options to choose from, we’re confident you’ll find something you love—but if you’re looking for something even more personal, you can design your own custom piece!

Charm - means it will 'dangle' from the chain.
Connector - means it will be 'fixed' in between the chain.
Our standard size is 8mm - please specifically mention if you wish to have your charms bigger or smaller
Once ordered, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the design within 24 hours.
Please allow 7 days from the time of ordering for the charm/connector to be ready.
Your charm(s) will be delivered directly to us so we have it available for your appointment.

All turnaround times are approximate and may be slightly shorter or longer depending on current demand.
- Waterproof Collection: Approximately 3 days
- Personalised Jewelry: Approximately 14 days
- Keepsake Jewelry: Approximately 30 days
- Keepsake Rings & Solid Gold Jewelry: Approximately 45 days

We carefully select high-quality materials to ensure every piece is made to last.
- 14K Gold Filled & Sterling Silver – Used for all of our handcrafted jewellery, including our Permanent, Personalised and Memorial Collections.
- Solid Gold (9K & 14K) – Available for selected Memorial, Breastmilk and Keepsake Jewelry, creating timeless heirloom pieces to treasure for years to come.
- 14K PVD Stainless Steel – Used for our Waterproof Collection. This durable, more affordable material is designed to withstand everyday wear, including exposure to water.
To help keep your jewellery looking its best, we also offer a professional Cleaning Service and Jewelry Cleaning Kits, specially selected for use with our materials.
